Project Empowerment

Guidelines for contributors

Submissions are warmly welcomed from both professional and non-professional writers worldwide. Stories should be in English between 500 and 1500 words and sent to
editor@project-empowerment.org (If English is not your native language, don't worry, your text will be edited for publication).

Stories can come from your local community or further afield - perhaps a local business person has particularly impressed you with their recent achievements, or someone you know has set up a successful business under very challenging circumstances, or local villagers have started their own school or means to care for the elderly.

All stories must be authenticated, with names, dates, places and all relevant details. Writers whose submissions are accepted for publication will be eligible for remuneration. Payment will be on a sliding scale of US$250 to US$400 - the level of remuneration will depend on the strength of the submission and the quality of the writing and will be solely at the discretion of representatives of Project Empowerment. Contributors will sign our writer's agreement and should be aware that all copy may be edited at the discretion of Project Empowerment ahead of publication.

Project Empowerment will own all worldwide publication, distribution and broadcast rights of all submissions accepted for publication.
